4th Annual Memory Walk/Run

Join us on September 27th to Walk/Run, to honor, remember and support everyone with a memory loss and celebrate all caregivers. Get your walking or running groups ready to support Countryside Memory Center.  Register Today!

• Park sticker is required OR a day pass will be provided.
• Check In / Registration 8:30 am
• Starting time 9:00 am
• Registrations before September 1st will include a free t-shirt.

Light Breakfast, coffee and water afterwards.

OMA item cards, mugs and coasters available per donation.

All registrations will be entered into drawing for handmade quilt donated by Helen Cline.
